Mariam Petrosyan is a Russian-language writer who lives in Armenia. She is the author of the novel “The House in Which…” and a fairytale titled “A Fairytale about a Dog Who Could Fly”.
“The House in Which…” is the first writer’s book, which became widely discussed as soon as it was published. Most of the critics and readers define its genre as the “magic realism” or “philosophical mysticism”. The author won a number of prizes for this novel: the second runner-up for the Big Book Prize as well as the Russian Prize and many others.
