The Head of the Festival Mikhail Bychkov heartily thanked everyone who helped to organize such a large-scale forum of art. Then he invited on the stage the chief trustee of the forum - the Governor of the Voronezh region Alexey Gordeev.
Summarizing the main cultural event of the year in Voronezh, the head of the region thanked the organizers and all those who come to the festival.
- Our viewers are very perceptive. They have a soul and it’s very important, - said Alexey Gordeev. - The Festival has expanded its cultural space – now it includes the open-air concerts, poetry readings, meetings with writers. And this time most of the events were focused on youth.
People's Artist of Russia, choreographer Vladimir Vasilyev came to Voronezh to visit the closing of the Festival. He expressed his admiration with the Voronezh audience and wished the Festival to grow its potential.

That evening at the Opera and Ballet Theatre were performed two one-act ballet: "Daphnis and Chloe" and "The Rite of Spring" by the The Grenoble National Choreographic Centre (France) directed by Jean-Claude Gallotta. These ballets were included in the program of actual art.
