Pushkin Games duel-parade will be held at the Kirova Street



We would like to remind you that the duel-parade will be held at the Kirova Street It will start from the Solnechnii Rai shopping centre and will be finished by a theatre performance near the Opera and Ballet theatre.


The parade will consist of 15 parts – 15 groups, with each one bringing to life one of Pushkin’s stories. All in all, at the parade there will be over 120 objects and characters. The participants will be acting out mini-plays and performances, dancing, reciting poems, playing concerts and interacting with the audience.

The concept of the parade, the sketches of arts objects and costumes are being created by the art-group KTOMY, led by a famous theatre artist Anastasia Nefedova.

The procession will start today at 2 p.m. and will follow the Kirova Street from the Solnechnii Rai shopping centre until the Opera and Ballet Theatre. Come with all your family, it is going to be great! The entrance is free.

NB! The parade will be held under reinforced security measures. The audience is to pass through the special security points equipped with metal detector frames. You can enter the parade zone: from the 20-letia Oktiabria Street, Krasnoarmeiskaia Street, Kutsigina Street, the Mercure hotel, the Diagnostic Centre, Pushkin Garden Square and the Nikitin Library.
