At 14:00, June 6 the Faculty of Journalism of VSU hosts a meet-the-artist event with Andrei Ustinov, a music historian and the editor-in-chief of the national newspaper Muzikalnoe Obozrenie [Music Review].
Journalists, students at the Faculty of Journalism of Voronezh State University, musicians and everyone interested in arts journalism are welcome to the event.
The entrance is free of charge, the invitation is required. You can get your invitation at the Platonov Festival Directorate (Voronezh, 30 Teatralnaya st.).

Meet-the-artist event with Andrei Ustinov

Andrei Ustinov is a music historian, activist, journalist, artist, critic, editor and producer. He’s also one of the founders of the national newspaper and online publication Muzikalnoe Obozrenie [Music Review] and its editor-in-chief since 1991.
Ustinov is an initiator, curator and art director of more than 100 festivals, concerts, competitions, exhibitions, music projects and philharmonic subscriptions.
He is an organizator, curator and host of meetings and scientific conferences, founder and chairman of the Council of the Association of Music Competitions, jury member of 40 different all-Russian and world competitions.
Ustinov gives lectures and workshops on music journalism. He is also a head of the press centre at a number of events including the Competition named after Tchaikovsky.
Andrei Ustinov is an Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, member of the International Federation of Journalists, Honored Member of the Union of Russian Composers, winner of the Union of Russian Composers Award named after Dmitri Shostakovich.
