On June 4, 2015 a meeting with Andrey Bitov – a famous Russian writer, laureate of Platonov Award in Literature and Art 2015 – will be held at the main auditorium of Chamber Theatre.
To visit this event you have to pick up free ticket at the Festival office or at the Chamber Theatre box office from June 01, 2015.

Andrey Bitov is a writer, critic, one of the founders of postmodernism in the Russian literature. The author of well-known novels, such as “Pushkin House”, “Flying-Away Monakhov”, “The New Gulliver” and others. He has also been the head of the Platonov legacy commission since 1988.
“He is familiar to Russian readers of all generations – both 70s and 90s. A genuine classicist, a representative of the great Russian literature, Andrey Bitov has his own voice. What really matters is this person is truly devoted to Platonov,” explained the choice of the laureate Natalya Kornienko, a member of the Platonov Award Council, a literary critic, the head of the Platonov group in the Gorky institute of World Literature, a correspondent member of RAS.
