Josef Nadj’s workshop will be held on June 9 from 12:00 till 14:00 at the dance studio of Voronezh State Theatre of Opera and Ballet. Devoted to the MOVEMENT IN DRAMA the workshop welcomes both professional dancers and actors and students of Voronezh Academy of Arts theatre faculty and Voronezh choreographic college.
Josef Nadj – an outstanding French choreographer, director, artist and «one of the most mysterious personalities of the modern theatre», thinks that movement is the main element that frees actors or dancers to play. Since 1995, he has been the director of the Centre Chorégraphique National d’Orléans. Critics still argue to what genre they should refer his performances as one can notice there both dance, pantomime and elements of drama theatre. Nadj got the Critics’ Award at “Mimos” festival in Périgueux (France), “Europe for theatre” Award in nomination “New Theatre Reality” and he is also the Officer of the French Order of Arts and Letters.
Participation in the workshop is FREE of charge. To apply please write at firstname.lastname@example.org, mention your age, education, occupation and telephone number.
Applications will be accepted until June 5. The number of participants is limited!
