The National Choreographic Center of Grenoble invites journalists and photographers to the rehearsal!

Jean-Claude Gallotta, one of leaders of French modern dance and the company of The National Choreographic Centre, created by him, will allow the representatives of mass media to get closer to the secrets of choreographic art.

In the 80’s Galotta declared himself as one of the leaders of French contemporary dance by the performances "Ulysse", "Daphnis and Chloe”, “Mammame”. He worked on many world venues - including the Paris Opera ("Variations on a theme of Ulysse," "Nosferatu") and the National Theatre de Chaillot in Paris. From 1997 to 2000, Gallotta headed the Dance Department of Shizuoka Performing Arts Centre in Japan.

Gallotta produced more than 60 stagings in total. The performances, created by him,  go on tour worldwide, he also produces films and takes part in production of performances in which dancing is equal to  drama and music. The level of the troupe of National Choreographic Centre of Grenoble can be seen from the fact that there are 350 people per a vacant place in this company.
